We're On a ROLL!

We are on a roll, literally! David decided to roll over today! It was so exciting! We have been practicing and practicing! The exciting thing is that he rolled over on Jeffrey (my little brother) and Dawn's (my Sister in law) birthday! It was a nice end to our day! Its funny what happens when he wants a toy bad enough! Haha! I am going to try and get it on video so I can share it with everyone. He is so much fun!! :)

A few new videos

Here are a couple videos from the past few weeks. I have been bad about uploading them. My Mom got me a Flip video camera for Christmas and I LOVE it! The videos come out so clear! The ONLY downside to it is that I can't upload them to my editing program and have fun with them, because of the type of file format they are. :( The good news is that there is a program out there that I can get to do it! Yay! Now I just need to get it. I am only adding 2 videos to this post because it is LATE and I need to get to bed. I have a baby who will be up before I know it! I will post the rest of my videos tomorrow! Hope you all enjoy! :)

Here are Lily & Lucy at their 3rd Birthday Party! I can't believe they are 3, I still remember going to the hospital and meeting Miss Lily for the first time! She is my girl!! :) I met Miss Lucy last year and I couldn't love her anymore! She is such a sweetheart and one of my biggest fans! :) XOXO


This is a video of my little sister, little brother and his best friend Dawson singing a song that they learned this summer at Vacation Bible School! These are my favorite 5 year olds! They are both such characters and are always finding opportunites to make me and everyone smile!

It has been a while...

Hello Everyone,

I apologize for my blogging break. Things around here have been pretty busy! Lets see if I can recap the last month or so...

Lets see, we will start at Christmas. My friend Sara, who is also an Army wife came up from Sacramento to spend Christmas with us. Both of our hubby's are deployed together. So while they spent the holiday together, so did we. :) It was nice to have her here, she even stayed an extra day!

New Year's Eve was the grand opening of our church's new coffee shop, HeBrews. It was a fun night making coffee for all of our church family. My Mom and her friend Michelle are running it, so I have had a fun time perfecting my White Mocha Freeze! :)

On January 4th, my little boy turned 5 months old! I can't believe how big he is getting! He is reaching out and grabbing things, and he is slowly starting to reach for me when others are holding him. He is such a funny little guy, he has such a personality and has a smile on his face most of the time. He is such a blessing. I am so excited because at the end of next month he will get to see his Daddy for the first time, and I will get to see my Hubby after a long 8 months!! I can't wait to see the two of them together! :)

Last night was the County Spelling Bee. My little sister, Grace and her best friend, Ashton won the spelling bee at their school for grade 4-6 and were the 2 contestants sent to represent their school for the county. Their sweet friend, Katie won the spelling bee at her school also so the 3 girls were all up there together. It was so cute. They did a GREAT job! There was a total of 30 kids; Grace got 9th place, Ashton got 8th place, and Katie got 3rd place! They made the top 10. I am so proud of them!!

That about sums up the last month. I know I say this after every post, but I will TRY and be better about blogging. It has been tough to keep up because my computer died. I asked my husband for a new one, and he ordered me one and had it sent to me!! So sweet!! Thanks baby!! So, I will do my best to keep it up. I hope this finds everyone doing well. Thanks for reading. :)

We had all the Vaughan kiddos over today as well as the Hornes, Grant and Lucy! While we were all together, we decided to make a video for RW. The kids ask about him all the time, so I thought it would be a great opportunity to let him know how much we all love and miss him! :) Enjoy!

Video of David, 4 months old!

Well, my little one is growing fast! He is so much fun, as I'm sure you can all see! He is 4 months old now! He is such a blessing and I just love him so much. I figured out how to get my videos on the computer, and I figured out how to edit them! This is a video that we took and edited for RW that is why it says, Love You at the end! Haha! Not that I don't love you guys! Lol! I am having fun with these videos, so expect more in the near future!! :)

A Week of FUN! :)

On Monday, Justin's Mom Kathy came and brought Lily over to us and stayed for a bit. We had a great visit with her! She is a wonderful woman. I could sit and listen to her talk all day! She is so great, and David was so comfortable with her. I guess he knows a Grandma when he sees one! :)

RW's sister Rachel flew in to CA on Friday and got to our house on Sat! Her visit just wasn't long enough. :( We had a really good time with her! David sure liked his Aunt Rachel. He was so full of smiles. I am so happy that someone from RW's side was able to see our little man! I am excited for the rest of the family to meet him as well. He is a bunch of fun! My little brother and sister loved having Rachel here too, they are her biggest fans! :)

Lily has been over this week, and I just love it when we have her! She is so at home here, and LOVES to do hair and makeup with me. We did her hair in pretty piggy tails and sprayed some glitter hairspray in it. We made sure to take some pictures! :) I can't wait to see her again tomorrow!!

This has been a great week, full of fun! More good news being that Shauna and Isaiah are on their way home! We can't wait for them to get back! Please keep them in your prayers for safe travels back to their family! :)

3 months

My sweet little man turned 3 months old yesterday. He is so much fun. I will admit, I was a little unsure of him at first. Lol! It was eat, sleep, poop, cry, eat, sleep, poop, cry...and it was set on repeat. I was so tired and just not really into the newborn stage, but now that has all changed! He has such a personality. He is smiling all the time now and he is so chatty! I love all his little noises, especially the happy ones! He is very animated and happy. I am so blessed to have this sweet baby. I cannot wait for my two boys to meet!! RW is going to think David is the coolest, I know I sure do! :)
